Once again it has been brought to our attention that we could possibly be seeing the departure of Eboue. According to reports, there are many clubs after the Arsenal man.
After speaking out on occasions that he was not happy with the game time he is receiving, he has looked quite disappointed. So it was always a possibility that he would go if other clubs came after him.
It could happen anytime soon now, with all these Spanish clubs supposingly interested.
Ivorian international Emmanuel Eboue is wanted by several clubs in Spain as well as by Serie A side Fiorentina, according to his agent. The versatile right-sided wing-back joined Arsenal in 2005 from Belgian side Beveren and has split the Emirates faithful into two distinct camps. Vilified for poor passing performances and his inclination to hit the turf too easily by some portions of the north London side’s fanbase, his adventurous wing-play and goal-scoring spurts have seen him hailed as a cult hero by others. Understood to be settled under Arsene Wenger’s tutelage, Eboue is not thought to be seeking a move, but with options for him to consider his representative made clear that nothing could be ruled out.
“We will talk to Arsenal over the next few days, he is settled in London, but we’ll have to see,” the representative told fiorentina.it.
“It’s not just Fiorentina after him, but there are also Spanish teams. There are no other news at the moment, we will know more in the coming days.”

I think we should keep him. If HE says he doesnt want to go with the football he’s getting i personally think he’s the best covering right back in the premiership.

We should definitely keep him.. He’s better than Djourou.. I would suggest we get rid of Djourou in replacement for a solid defensive midfielder.. We need massive support at the back. Once you look at the Arsenal stats, anyone would realize that we are one of the best or top goal scorers in the world, a lot of goals, but then yet there’s a lot conceded and I wouldn’t blame Almunia. I watched every single game for Arsenal, they controlled 90% of all the games played, if not more but the defensive errors are the reason for most of the goals scored against us.

Some people are only bent on Arsenal buying new players……..what about the time it would take for the same players to adapt? Eboue only fumbles occasionally….if you watch majority of the matches he’s played…………watch his movements from the right flank into the midfield……..its so beautiful…….thats even why Fiorentina admire him……….i am not an eboue supporter…….he’s messed up a lot of passes and lost several goals in the past………dont get me wrong but we need to keep all our players intact to have a good season………..Djorou is only 22 years old and he needs to develop and i believe the guy will surprise a lot of people soon………..Have you forgotten that he is being trained by Arsene? SELL THE CRIPPLE; MIKEL SILVESTRE!!! HE IS MY ONLY CONCERN IN THE SQUAD
